Base : Phosphoric Acid Base Chemical. Solubility : Thoroughly soluble in water. Color : Water White. Concentration : One part of chemical is diluted with two to four parts of water. Dilution Is depended by the amount of oil present. The chemical is used cold. Point : Concentrated of 25 % bath solution gives 8 to 10 ml. Application : This chemical is used whenever parts contain light grease and OIL. Bath Design : Tank make up5mm thick. M.S. tank with rubber or F.R.P. lining. For Small components PVC tank can be used as free grease floats on the surface. Generally tank design is made with large surface areas consideration. Lifting tackles are preferably used for handling material. A bottom outlet with get valve is provided 6’’ above the bottom outlet so that impurities do not disperse in the total solution. A water inlet is provided at the top.
